My name is Kristina and I have 19 years of experience as a therapist. I graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Master’s in counseling and from Central Connecticut State University with a BA in Anthropology.

I have experience with individuals, groups, families, couples, first responders, active-duty military, and veterans. I have worked with adults and teens.

Anxiety, mood disorders, grief, trauma and PTSD, life changes, parenting; it's good to talk to someone in a safe space.

Life hits hard and we do the best we can with the circumstances we are given. I'll hold space for you to embrace your feelings and vulnerability. I'll listen, I'll notice, I'll challenge you to take emotional risks. I don't believe that one size fits all. Therapy happens at your pace.
