Hello, I am India Schiltz and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arizona. I have worked with children (3 to 12 years old), adolescents (13 to 17 years old) and adults (18 - 70+ years old) that struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, behavioral challenges, mood disorders, trauma, as well as helping people work through chronic health issues.

I enjoy thinking outside of the box and finding ways to help everyone even when the "typical" solutions do not seem to be helping.
