Lyndz Simpson-Reblin, LPC

Hello, I am Lyndz Simpson-Reblin and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. I have extensive experience in the mental and behavioral health field. I am passionate about helping others and I provide empathy, compassion, and understanding to all my clients. I have worked both in an inpatient psychiatric crisis setting to and outpatient and private practice setting. I work with adults and children of all ages.

I am EMDR and Sand Tray trained, I also utilize trauma informed care, trauma focused CBT, ACT, play therapy, art therapy, and many other evidenced based tools to assist my clients in having the best possible outcomes. Some of the areas that I specialize in are trauma, children and adolescents, anxiety, depression, bipolar, PTSD, co-occurring disorders, panic disorder, self-esteem, anger, and much more. I look forward to working with each of my clients to collaboratively come up with goals for treatment and how to meet those goals.
